A pioneer in the Storm Water Management Industry, is also an accomplished and respected Superintendent with nearly 30 years of construction experience.

Considered a "Storm Water Expert", Ric assisted several municipalities with education and implementation of their local storm water ordinances. He also participated in several Caltrans projects including "Filtration Test Projects", the "Highway 116 Project" in Petaluma, and the "Lake Forest Transportation Corridor Project.

David Fitzpatrick

Vice President/CFO

Dave has been part of the evolution of storm water compliance since its infancy. As CFO, David manages the financial planning, accounting, and reporting for SWIMS. He also serves as director of office operations where he is involved with contract negotiations and coordinating the dewatering division.

Kirk Walker

Field Supervsor

Over site of multiple crews BMP install, including scheduling, proper bmp product and quantities, logistical issues concerning site install. SWPPP liaison between Civil engineer and project manager and construction superintendent of minor and major construction companies, working with all Northern California counties and city code enforcement officers and inspectors for Storm water compliance issues Pre and Post construction. Design implementation of BMP from civil plans to construction site application. AEI 24 hour SWPPP certification, CISEC and AEI-CACS review and testing. On site SWPPP inspector for pre and life of project construction.

Todd Hudson

Sales & Project Manager

Todd manages sales and projects in the greater Bay Area. He has been established in the erosion industry for 12 years. He holds Envirotech NPDES and 24 hour SWPPP certifications. Letty Hulleman

Maintenance Administrator, Account Receivable

Letty facilitates all post construction clients needs from quotes to insurance to invoicing to providing reports. She is the liaison between the client and the field crew regarding scheduling and reporting back to the client. Letty works with the municipalities on behalf of our customers.

Brad Schmidt

Director of So. Cal. Operations

After 6 years as Sr. Manager of Sales and Operations for a major corporation, Brad chose to head in a new direction and take part in pioneering the Southern California division of SWIMS, Inc. Along with his position as Southern California Sales and Operations Manager, Brad has had 3 years "hands on" field experience with SWIMS, Inc.

Brad is a Certified Inspector of Sediment & Erosion Control (by CISEC), Certified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater (CCIS by Stormwater USA) along with being Confined Space Certified. Brad contributes to the success of SWIMS Inc. with his knowledge, professionalism, work ethic and customer service skills along with his expertise in post construction Storm Water system maintenance programs.
